Jamal Holiday needs support!
From an Anarchist People Of Color (APOC) press release (September 1, 2004): "Jamal Holiday, was arrested after an undercover officer on an unmarked scooter rammed into a crowd of protesters and a fight ensued, leaving the undercover officer wounded. The brother was picked up the next day at a protest because he fight a description and was wearing similar clothes as the suspect. He is spending his 20th birthday in jail under circumstantial evidence."
If anyone has any information or witnessed either the events of Monday evening where unmarked police scooters rammed into the crowd or Holiday's actual arrest on Tuesday, please contact Jessica Haupt at (212) 876 - 5500 ext. 168. Holiday's lawyers have said that they are not ready for a big campaign yet, information, however, would be greatly appreciated. The lawyers are also looking for any information or witnesses to the dragon fire and following police attack on Sunday.
