The MKP statement was published in the revolutionary newspaper HALKIN GNLÜGÜ. Here follows excerpts of the statement:
Torturer and former colonel punished by the Maoist Communist Party (MKP)
“Fehmi Altınbilek was punished by our party
Fehmi Altınbilek was punished because he was one of those who are responsible for the torture and death of our leader Ibrahim Kaypakkaya, he was responsible for the murder of our first commander Ali Haydar Yildiz by a fascist coup, and responsible for the death of Mahir Cayhan and his comrades in the Kizildere massacre and for the fact that his whole life is full of torture, playing a active role in the counter-guerrilla like JITEM [ “Gendarmerie Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism”-a secret political police agency originating from Operation Gladio-Signalfire] and being a enemy of the people. Because of all those crimes Fehmi Altınbilek was punished by our Partizan Peoples Forces PHG on 06.06.2016.
The death of his wife was an accident
The death of his wife was an accident. She was never our target but we feel responsible for her death and because of our revolutionary obligation we feel sorry for this accident. But never the less this accident should not be used to distort our revolutionary act.
We will continue to apply revolutionary violence against enemies of the people
Fatih Altinbilek and the torture of revolutionaries by Fatih Altinbilek was protected and kept secret by the state. The state also protected Fatih Altinbilek and gave him a completely new identity as ’Çetin Oğuz’. Never the less, the state could not save him from us. The armed forces of the proletariat will continue to apply revolutionary violence against all enemies of the people.”
