Baidya party may have vertical split sooner than later: Nepal media


The Nepal Communist Party-Maoist is heading for a vertical split, reports Rajdhani Daily, October 14, 2014. Heightened conflict between the panel respectively led by Chairman Mohan Baidya Kiran and Secretary Netra Bikram Chand ‘Bipalv’ is leading the party to an inevitable split, confirms the report. Not a new phenomenon in the Communist parties. Fiery exchange of words between the two camps has now become a common occurrence, the Daily newspaper reports adding, both the factions have begun holing their separate meetings.
