KOLKATA: The seven-day deadline against anti-Maoist operation announced by the chief minister Mamata Banerjee ends on Friday.
Police have started increasing patrolling across the Maoist-infested area after the recovery of the Maoist poster in Lodhashuli forest.
Chief minister Mamata Banerjee had given Maoists seven-day time for following a complete ceasefire. But Maoists have so far refused to abide by the government’s proposition.
The Maoist posters retrieved from Lodhashuli forest has asked villagers to alienate the Trinamool leaders from the rest of people in Jungle Mahal.
