Anti-Morales protests erupt in Bolivia

(AP)  LA PAZ, Bolivia — Tens of thousands of people are marching in Bolivia’s major cities, and the country’s main labor federation has called a general strike to protest the government’s crackdown on indigenous marchers protesting a jungle highway.

The mobilization against President Evo Morales is the biggest since January, when he announced gas price increases.
