Universal Tobacco Workers End Mozambique Strike, Radio Reports

Most striking workers at the Mozambican unit of Universal Corp., a tobacco producer, returned to work today after reaching agreement on wage and benefit demands, Radio Mocambique reported, citing Tete province’s secretary for agriculture, Jose Jaime.

The strike started on July 9, the radio reported.
