Riot Police sharpen shooting techniques

Luanda – Members of the Riot Police (PIR) completed Saturday in Luanda a course of special shooters, during an event presided over by the counselling commander of the eastern region, commissioner António Martins de Sousa “Kipakassa”.
The three-month training was attended by by 54 officers from various stations, trained by Cuban instructors and was part of the cooperation between police institutions from the two countries.
The programme had two components, with the first focusing on concepts and norms of theoretical and practical shooting, while the second versed on modules of riot techniques.
