Bulgaria: state of emergency in a Southern town, after gypsies organized a violent protest

Yambol Bulgarian city mayor, Georgi Slavov declared a state of emergency in an area of the city after a group of gypsies organized a violent protest distroying an apartment building after the mayor decided to evacuate them.

According to local authorities, gypsies were living illegally in a building for about 15 years and destroyed the building. The decree was issued only for that area, an area populated by gypsies.
